The protection service of your home or flat is carried out by monitoring the installed alarm systems and by preventive patrol and service. The alarm system is connected to our Alarm Monitoring Center and if there is a situation deviating from the standard, the appropriate action is taken. It can be a phone call from an operator, sending an intervention group or reporting an incident to the appropriate services (Police, Fire Service, Ambulance). Appropriate connection and supervision over the efficiency of the alarm system is part of the Task of the Armed Intervention Stand (abbreviated as USI). We have procedures that help us know what to do when we receive a signal from you to intervene.
We ensure fast arrival of the intervention patrol
In addition, we have constant contact with the police, fire and medical rescue services. We also guarantee short travel times of our intervention groups. They are specialists trained and having the status of Specialist Armed Security Formations (abbreviated SUFO). This means that such persons have appropriate tools to stop the perpetrator of the alarm. In theory, this sounds innocuous, but in practice it means that SUFOs can even use weapons, means of direct coercion and stun guns.
At your request, it is also possible for our intervention group to perform preventive patrols. The group will therefore have the task to appear in your area the right number of times at different time of the day and night.
